SumCo Eco-Contracting is a self-performing heavy site civil construction firm focused on ecological and environmental improvement projects. Founded in 2006, we have completed hundreds of such projects across the northeastern United States.
Every day we work hard to help create a more resilient and sustainable world by delivering outstanding project outcomes benefiting people, communities, and the natural world. We appreciate our staff, clients, A/E/C partners, regulators and other stakeholders with whom we collaborate. We are conflict-free constructors- we do not offer design, engineering, surveying or permitting services, relying on the core competencies of our project partners on these critical tasks. Areas of construction focus include:
Dam Removals/Modifications | River Restorations | Fish Passage | Coastal Protection | Freshwater Wetlands and Salt Marshes | Mechanical and Hydraulic Dredging | Culverts, Bridges and Boardwalks | Park Construction | Landscapes Installation | Native Plantings and Seedings | Invasive Species Management | Erosion Controls | Bioengineered Stabilization | Drainage Improvements | Stormwater BMPs | Site Redevelopment | Site Remediation | UST Removals.
Headquartered in Peabody, Massachusetts our Team Leads and crews reside throughout the Northeast.
