New England Headquarters
(Peabody, MA – moving to Wakefield, MA in Summer 2025)

Role: We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our business development and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will resonate with our mission to “Restore, Create, and Enhance” the world through our work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable using sales databases (experience with Pipedrive is a plus), and excel in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role will work closely with our Chief of Partnerships and Project Development to ensure the smooth execution of business development activities, to input, manage, and QC project data, and to support marketing efforts.  The Business Development Coordinator will have regular access to and collaboration with Ownership and senior management.

Work Environment & Location: This position will be based out of our Headquarters, which are moving from Centennial drive in Peabody, MA to Edgewater Drive in Wakefield, MA in summer 2025.  Work schedule is flexible, coordinating with the Chief of Partnerships and Project Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project data in the company’s sales database (Pipedrive or similar CRM).
  • Conduct outbound call activities to identify and understand developing public and private construction projects.
  • Maintain a detailed shared company events calendar, highlighting partner meetings and industry events and coordinate team involvement.
  • Provide support for marketing activities and corporate events
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and ensure timely responses to relevant inquiries.
  • Prepare bid packages for submission with a shared urgency for details and timeliness in this critical proces
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief of Partnerships and Project Development, assisting in day-to-day operations and project management activities.
  • Assist with research, reporting, and other tasks as needed to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with sales databases and CRM tools (Pipedrive experience is a plus).
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in construction or environmental industries is a plus but not required.

Salary:  $60,000 – $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
