The site is in South Boston’s Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, adjacent to the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal and numerous wholesale seafood distributors. Site security measures and daily dust monitoring was required as excavation was in between two highly trafficked roads in the Marine Park. SumCo safely executed the excavation and restoration of the parking area with limited impact to the properties’ tenant, a local wholesale seafood distributor.
